Our industrial trades require a permanent adaptability to the market. Producing better, on time and ensuring economic profitability is a constant struggle.

Expert in plastic injection and Zinc Alloy (Zamak) for die casting in the Oyonnax area, we target the following objectives:

  • control the production costs in order to deal with international competition
  • ensure good productivity to meet deadlines
  • improve the technicality for more performance

The acquisition of new equipment is necessary to adapt for changing demand. Investments are important and the choice of machines is essential.

To identify our needs in order to better invest, we relied on reliable partners who accompany us in these changes.

What investments?

Invest in robotics

Thus, for the robotic cell, a partnership with STAUBLI ROBOTICS has been set up to optimize the integration of new robots into the production lines.

We set up a robotized cell allowing the realization of assembly «connected of the injection press” with a handling by arms with 6 axes.

These new automations, easy to maneuver, allow us to work with more precision and agility.

Invest in plastics processing

In the field of plastics processing, investments have also been launched to be closer to our customers and respond to requests for tailor-made more and more specific.

Several types of injection press have integrated our extensive range of modern machinery:

  • 2 machines 200 T, 1 machine 150 T and 1 machine 50 T of the French brand BILLION
  • 1 machine 220 T and a machine 110 T of the Austrian brand ENGEL
  • Cartesian robots of the French brand SEPRO equip the machines, with which we work in perfect agreement for many years. These come in support of the machines and allow a simplified use.

Invest in the zinc alloy ( Zamak ) for die casting

In the die casting department also, a new 80T Italian machine of the AGRATTI brand completes our range.

This favors a better stability in the processes, allowing to obtain finished products of quality.

Zinc alloy pressure casting, also called [Zamak], makes it possible to obtain fine parts with complex shapes.

This is why machine quality is essential in the manufacture of single or series parts.
