In addition to the Ecovadis label, FPSA now joins leading companies in the field of ecological and energy transition through the BPI France « Coq vert » community.
The « Coq Vert » community brings together companies engaged in an evolution process that integrates current ecological and environmental issues. Beyond sharing the common vision of short-term green development, each actor commits, through concrete actions, to carrying out an ecological transition to reduce the environmental impact of their activity.
An ecological and reliable
The « Coq Vert » community is an organization supported by the Ecological transition agency ADEME and the ministry of ecological transition.
With this step, FPSA asserts itself as an ecological and reliable link in its customers’ manufacturing chain. This approach, which can be promoted to clients, is possible thanks to various actions that we have implemented :
- Monitoring the manufacturing of plastic parts produced to assess their environmental impact.
- A precise and reliable analysis of the product life cycle (LCA) characteristic of the plastics industry.
- The use of 94% vegetable HDPE and cellulose fiber biopolymers for plastic injection.
- The adoption of composite materials using reinforcements and resins of animal or plant origin in the medical field. The use of these new materials is done in collaboration with studies from a Norwegian research institute.
